First Line Customer Support – Finland

Job Description

Would you like to join one of Sweden’s fastest growing hosting company and help us expand our brand to be equally as successful in the Finish hosting market. Would you like to be our key player to support our customers in Finland and establish collaborations with publishers in the Finish hosting market? If so, we have an awesome opportunity for you where you can influence the process and help us build up our Finish customer support team, either from our headquarters in Stockholm/Sweden or from Finland.

Responsibilities

As a customer support technician, you have an important and significant role in the company, you help our customers with daily questions and concerns regarding their hosting services. Typical Support issues can range from simple settings to some more advanced technical aspects. Communication takes place via phone, email and live chat.

Our support is the voice of our company and therefore it is important to always have a professional approach and pleasant tone towards our clients and their cases. The goal is to constantly evolve and to respond more efficiently and faster.

You will also establish collaborations with Finish publishers and help with the translation of marketing text.

Furthermore, you should have excellent communication skills in Finish, both speaking and in writing. Additional languages will be seen as strong advantages.

You will be our key player towards the Finnish market, therefore you have the opportunity to influence and develop the Finnish support department.

Typical Tasks:

• Telephone support – the service requires a lot of time on the phone and great social skills
• Email & Chat support
• To answer the technical questions of varying nature
• Initiatives to how we can improve. Updating the knowledge base and other sources to let customers easily search for information

We Wish to See:

• A passion to help customers and be hands-on
• High Social skills
• A wide Knowledge of Internet / Web
• Preferably experience of having worked with websites and web technology
• General knowledge of how to use e-mail and mail clients
• Organized
• Result oriented with the ability to build and develop personal relationships with both customers and external partners
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written, proficient in writing
• Good knowledge of English and fluent Finnish.
• We do not require specific education since we will educate you in our systems
• The goal is for our customers to not only get help but being so pleased with the support that he/she has received that they would leave rave reviews about you

Location

Our headquarters is located in Stockholm Sweden, but if you live in Finland you are allowed to work from home.
